Bio
I have been a Mechanical Contractor since 1970, did commercial and industrial and some residential. Still do some work in local utility sub stations and communication towers. Got my BOCA inspector license in 1990. I am a member of NFPA, ICC, IAEI, and
ARRST. Became a home inspector in 2017.
