As a graduate from AHIT (American home inspection Training Institute) I have the essential tools and education required to conduct the most comprehensive inspection available. Computer generated comprehensive narrative style report delivered on site that gives valuable information, not just say yes or no. Have passed two national written exams and performed well over the 250 minimum full fee paid inspections required for ASHI membership. Yes, there is a big difference in Inspectors and Inspections.
