Phil is a professional building inspector and radon tester licensed in Illinois, is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, and has earned the designation of Inspector By Review from the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI. He also has the FAA 107 drone license. Phil has conducted over 3,500 inspections.
