Bio
Peter is the principal of InspecDoc Inspection Services, Inc., SoCal Infrared and United Infrared, Inc. Peter has been inspecting Residential and Commercial properties since 1996 with over 9000 property inspections as of 2024. The company's growth and expansion into energy efficiency in 2001 led to the opening of SoCal Infrared and subsequently United Infrared, Inc, the worlds largest network of certified ghermographers. Peter enjoys the inspection industry and is often found teaching Thermal Imaging traveling throughout the country.
InspecDoc Inspection Services, Inc. is a multi inspector firm. Peter is very active in all three operations as his enjoyment is working with people and offering a solutions based business.
