WeatherVane, Inc. is an independently owner operated company since late 1990's. Prior to performing home inspections we were involved in the construction industry since the mid 1980's. We are not part of a franchise that we pay a fee to and then receive training to perform inspections under their guidelines. We are one of the few SW Florida inspection companies having a background in construction and possess Contractor Licenses.
