Bio
My name is Patrick Woodward and I am the proud owner, of Truss Home Inspection Services, LLC. I built Truss Home Inspection Services from the ground up with good old fashioned hard work. I am both the owner of the business and the sole inspector. I am a graduate of East Carolina University, as well as a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. I have been inspecting homes for over 10 years, conducting over 2000 home inspections. During this time, I have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam® and worked along-side a veteran home inspector in the area. I am a licensed and certified home inspector in the state of Virginia (#3380000955.) I am a member of ASHI (262552), where I have achieved the ASHI Certified inspector status. I also have the NRS (New Residential Structures) indicator on my VA home inspector license.
