I joined the company in 1997 as an inspector in 1999 he obtained full membership in ASHI , certification #202360. I am also a licensed home inspector in Philadelphia # 24525. Being a multi inspector company enables greater flexibility in the performance of inspections and for large projects an experienced two man team. Many years of prior involvement in the construction industry along with intense training as an inspector have enabled me to provide valuable information and service to clients.
I have done a lot of work with new or first time buyers, and understand your worries and concerns. I always take time to explain everything to you and ask if you have any questions.
Along with providing a thorough detailed report and radon testing, I am also a 203k Consultant #P1670.
