As an Inspector and Trainer for Structure Tech Home Inspections, I specialize in extremely detailed Buyers Inspections and Commercial Property Condition Assessments to ASTM E 2018 standards. I also am licensed in local cities that require a Truth in Sale of Housing evaluation prior to listing your property for sale. The best advice I've religiously followed is, "Do every inspection as you would for a close friend.", and "Write the report in plain English…not Inspectorese.".
