As seasoned contractor I decide to start performing home inspections in 2014 which include, indoor air quality, wood boring insects, and Radon testing testing. Helping clients understand home dynamics is what I love to do.I have over 45 years experience in extensive building and remodeling here in the USA and Canada. I am a BBB member with an A+ rating and I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and I service WESTERN PA area. I served as two term ProAshi President in the past. I am time oriented and when called to do a home inspection can do a COMPLETE ONE STOP HOME INSPECTION with a turnaround time of 24hrs from the time that I receive a call and make the appointment and within 24 I send a complete report. Radon takes 48 hrs .Educated,Driven,Punctual , Ethical and Honest are my qualities that make me the right candidate for the job.
