Bio
30 years in the HVAC/Electrical industries applying and selling control systems, control panels and related equipment; Performed approximately 5,000 single family home inspections in the Monterey Peninsula area since 2005. ASHI Certified Inspector, International Code Council Member, ABAG and ASHI certified for earthquake retrofit inspections and interim Building Inspector for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea (2009 to 2013).
