Martin Hewitt has been a full-time professional home inspector for over 30 years. He has been a Certified Inspector (ACI) Member of ASHI for 27 years and a Master Certified Inspector Member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) for 29 years.
Martin inspects single family homes, manufactured / mobile homes, and small commercial properties. He also performs 4-point insurance inspections and new home warranty inspections.
Areas that Martin serves include San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County. His typewritten inspection reports are state-of-the-art, and include digital photographs.
