American Home Inspection Service, Inc. has been serving the Columbia and Boone county area since 1994, providing more ASHI certified inspections than any other company in the area. We are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Mark Kelsey started with the company in the beginning of 2006. Mark has a very strong construction background, and has hands-on experience in almost every major home building component. After serving four years in the Marines, attention to detail comes as second nature to Mark, which we believe is a very important process in inspecting any home. Our report is one of a kind. It is very detailed, easily read, has many photos, and is 100% narrative. We encourage our customers to be present for the inspection, to ask any questions or express any concerns.
