I am the co-owner and supervising inspector for AmeriSpec Inspection Service since 1995. I am licensed in the states of Delaware and Maryland. I am currently serving on the Board of Home Inspectors for Delaware. My job consists of managing our team of multiple inspectors and ensuring agent/customer satisfaction.
