Larry Hogard is the Director and Operator of Superior Inspections Inc. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Larry is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Home Inspector in the United States, as well as an Ontario College Certified and Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), a National Certificate Holder with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), and a Registered Home Energy Advisor with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). These accreditations are the highest certifications for Home Inspecting in the United States and Canada. Larry's services include single family residential homes, small and large commercial buildings, multi-unit residential buildings/apartments, and home energy assessments.
