As a former project engineer for an engineering company over 22 years period, I have performed thousands of structural assessments and home inspections on residential and light commercial properties ranging in age from new construction to 120 years old. That experience in conjunction with continued education, such as through membership organizations including ASHI allows me to bring more to the inspection table.
