I have over 30 years of "hands on" experience in construction, remodeling and property management. Aside from residential home inspections I have performed thousands of wholesale field inspections for mortgage companies. I have vast experience inspecting foreclosed and vacant properties as well. My scheduling is extremely flexible. I am available 7 days a week during daylight hours.
