Bayside Home Inspections, LLC provides residential home inspections in the Coastal Delaware areas and follows the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. Owner and Home Inspector, Joseph S. Cusumano, is a Certified Home Inspector with ASHI and is Licensed and Insured in the state of Delaware. Bayside Home Inspections, LLC provides General Home Inspections, Wood Destroying Insect Inspections, Water Sampling, Radon Testing, Pre-Listing Inspections, Pre-Settlement Walk-Through Inspections, Re-Inspections, and All Phases of New Construction to include the 11-Month Builder Warranty Expiration Inspection. Joe brings over 25 years of experience in residential construction to his knowledge-base and expertise as a home inspector. Joe is a certified Radon Measurement Specialist with the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB). He is also certified to provide water sampling services and wood destroying insect inspections.
