EXPERIENCE
40 years as a professional building analyst and consultant for: legal claims (expert witness); building diagnostics – including – water problems (leaking basements, leaking roofs, HVAC condensate); HVAC problems (including safety issues with equipment); electrical problems; mold testing (including moisture mapping); structural problems; exterior envelope problems (roofing, siding); energy use and upgrade evaluations; deck safety; and exterior grading and drainage problems.
20 years hands-on experience in home building and renovation/remodeling work.
