John Simler is an ASHI Inspector who has met the rigorous requirements for ASHI membership and is one of the founding members of the Ohio Chapter. He is also a Registered Architect. His company, SIMLER Inspections, has performed over thirty thousand inspections. The "state of the art" reporting system includes hundreds of digital photos and easy to follow text.
