President and owner of 5th Avenue Building Inspections, Joey Caballero has been a professional home inspector for over 19 years. His strong belief to maintain exceptional ethical standards has established the company’s reputation as a leading firm in multi-inspection and indoor-air quality control serving the greater South Florida area. Caballero's company has performed over 25,000 home inspections and/or indoor air quality assessment cases. His role as a former officer of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI/Gulfstream) chapter and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), has allowed him to establish and maintain an active role with both organizations on a national and state level. Caballero's skills and years of experience have been called upon to serve in legal cases regarding construction defects, as well as numerous training seminars and panel discussions.
