As a licensed contractor in California and Florida, Jim Fahs has performed approximately 15,000 home inspections in 4 states from east coast to west coast and has been ultimately responsible for approximately 50,000 as company owner. For the past 14 years he has been the owner of Young Home Inspections in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He recently sold that business and now serves homebuyers under the company name Wasatch Home Inspections along the Wasatch Front in Utah.
