Jeremy Rowan is the owner of Affordable Home Inspection, Inc for over the past 20 years. I am an ASHI Certified Home Inspector, No. 263236. I am a licensed & certified home inspector in the State of Virginia, License No. 3380000793, for Home Inspection & I am endorsed as a new Residential Structure licensed & endorsed home Inspector. We provide very thorough home inspections with detailed home inspection reports covering all major systems & components of your prospective home. We also guarantee the lowest rates for home inspections in the Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Dinwiddie & Tri-Cities areas of Virginia.
Experience:
2002 – present. Jeremy Rowan has 20+ years of experience as a professional residential and commercial building inspector. During that time, he has been the owner of Affordable Home Inspection Inc. & has served as its primary inspector.
1993 – 2005. Jeremy was employed for 12 years by the State of Virginia, at Virginia Commonwealth University & the Medical College of Virginia. In those roles, he was in charge of building maintenance supervision, contract administration, commercial code inspection, and enforcement. He quickly became an expert in building codes and compliance.
1990 – 2012. Jeremy has considerable hands-on experience as well. With more than 20 years in home renovation, remodeling, and repair contracting.
