Bio
Jim Funkhouser has been a home inspector for 34 years and has performed over 12,000 home inspections. Mr. Funkhouser holds a Bachelors Degree from George Mason University, is past President of The Examination Board Of Professional Home Inspectors, was in charge of the question writing for the National Home Inspector Exam, served on the ASHI Board Of Directors and has served as ASHI Vice President.
