Bio

Beginning my eighteenth year of inspecting homes, I bring hundreds of inspections to bear when I look at your specific home. I have experience with a variety of multi-family homes, low-rise condos, high-rise condos, townhomes, and lofts.
For condos, I always attempt to view as much of the common elements of the building that are accessible. This will make you an informed HOA member about these shared systems and their possible expense.
With a wide variety of tools at my disposal, I can analyze a host of complex problems that might be discovered. I carry a moisture meter, infrared camera, gas detector, and many other diagnostic tools.
I also provide Seller's inspections for those owners that want to prepare their homes for sale. I can deliver a full report that can be updated after repairs are made and then made public as part of your sales package. I can also perform a cursory inspection tour with a punch list of recommended repairs.
I am qualified for small commercial inspections, store front businesses or four-or-less multiple residential buildings.
