Our Commitment
Metropolitan Home Inspections is committed to giving our customers the personalized service they expect, and the quality of work they will appreciate for many years to come. You will always receive a narrative report and never a checklist. We know that a professional home inspection can bring to light some negative conditions regarding a home or small business. At Metropolitan Home Inspections, we are professional in every aspect of our work, from that initial phone call to the completed inspection, report and beyond.
Our professional ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, state that the home inspection is visual in nature and not technically exhaustive. Therefore, to ensure our reports are detailed and accurate, we never rush through the inspection to get to another and allow ample time to perform our job. After all, we must report on a house we have never seen before.
