ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), Virginia and Maryland Licensed Home Inspector, New Residential Structure Licensed (NRS), Sewer Scope Certified Inspector, AHIT Certified Inspector, Radon Measurement Specialist, Certified Residential Thermographer, previously sat on Board of Directors for Nova ASHI.
Ian founded the company back in 2012 shortly after moving from Southern California. He used to run a small home improvement and remodeling business in Los Angeles for about seven years, which is what led him to make an easy and successful transition into the home inspection industry. Ian enjoys working with all of our clients, from experienced to first time home buyers. He prides himself in engaging the client throughout the inspection and allowing the time spent at the home to be educational and fun.
