Bio
I have been performing full building inspections since 2001 (performing over 6000 house inspections) and have served in the pest control field since 1993.I graduated from Purdue University in 2000 with a BS in Civil Engineering. I have a passion for helping my clients through inspecting. That drive is evident in the report details and the level of service that my clients receive. The following services are included in our basic home inspection:
A full house inspection performed according to the ASHI and IN state standards.
Digital photos of repair issues are included in the report which is usually emailed at the end of the day. Physically crawling the accessible attics and/or crawlspaces.
Tips on preventative maintenance.
I can also be hired for the following services: Wood destroying insect inspection. Primary radon testing (using a professional monitor and no lab waiting). Well water testing. The information in the report will be accurate, tailored to each customer's needs.
