Bio

Glenn Stephens, President of G. Stephens & Associates, Inc. has a degree in civil drafting and design, has been a Certified Residential Contractor since 2004, a Certified Roofing Contractor since 2012, and a Licensed Home Inspection since 2010. Glenn has been teaching contractors and home inspectors continuing education, project management, estimating, and pre-licensure courses since 2008. He holds two national home inspector certifications one with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI®) and the other with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as a Certified Master Inspector (CMI®). He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI) and is a Registered Professional Inspector (RPI) with FABI; he also serves as the Chairperson for the West Coast Chapter of FABI.
