Bio
Duane Morrison founded Morrison Plus Property Inspections in 2007. He maintains active certifications with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Duane has served as a past San Gabriel Valley Chapter President for both CREIA & ASHI. Currently he is the Membership Chairman for the Greater San Gabriel Valley CREIA Chapter and also serves on the CREIA Membership Report Review Committee. He has performed over 8,000 home inspections. As the Founder of Morrison Plus Property Inspections, he provides training and management guidance to all Morrison Plus Franchisees.
