As Owner/Inspector for Wilson Property Inspections and an ASHI Certified Inspector since 2016; CREIA Certified Inspector since 2013, I serve the Coachella Valley, Morongo Basin and most other San Bernardino & Riverside County areas.
Current CREIA Board Member and past Treasurer of the Palm Springs Chapter of the California Real Estate Inspection Association.
Scheduling/booking inspections are always quickly handled by me through clear personal communication with clients via text, email or direct phone conversations. The actual on-site inspection process is timely, accurate and thorough. Speedy scheduling and rapid reporting are always my goals.
Residential and multi-unit (up to 4 units) inspections.
The Final Report is usually provided via email to the Client on the same day as the inspection.
