Bio

My objective as an inspector is to have you walk away from the inspection knowing the strong and weak points of the property, being aware of exactly what it is that you are about to buy with no last-minute surprises. I use state-of-the-art equipment including moisture meters, infrared scan, temperature sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. The report I will provide you with, which is delivered on site, contains detailed photographs of problems, covers nearly 1600 items, and gives you the knowledge that you need to make a fully informed decision.
Infrared scan – Using the most technologically advancedtools available allows us to detect moisture that is invisible tothe human eye, and with these we are also able to locate areasthroughout a home or structure that have overheating or malfunctioningelectrical components. This work brings a critical difference to a home inspection.
Lifetime Maintenance Advisory Service – Followingour inspection, and your purchase of the home, we will provideadvice and answer your questions on home maintenance, theinspection report, and other home-related topics for as long asyou own the home.
Appliance Recall Safety Check – We will capture all theinformation of your major home appliances (make and modelnumber) and provide you with a computerized report on anysafety recalls on those appliances. You will also receive newrecall alerts in the future on the information we have captured.Furthermore, you will be provided with an online link to yourreport that enables you to enter information on new or replacedappliances that you have purchased, and on which you willcontinue to receive recall alerts in the future. The safety of yourhome and family is a direct outcome of this work.
Rodent Inspection – In addition to our already high qualityand comprehensive home inspection which will highlight pastor present infestation, we will also investigate and report onconditions in the home that are conducive to rodents so thatyou may be pre-emptive in the containment and control ofthese potential issues before a problem occurs.
