David Millard is a licensed union electrician with over 20 years of construction experience. Though David's focus in the construction industry is in the electrical field, he has been involved with all other aspects of the home from trouble shooting problems, remodels and even building homes. David is now using his knowledge and expertise to perform home inspections.
