Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the field of home inspecting. Dave offers peace of mind to realtors and clients with a level of trust that has been backed by years of experience in home and commercial inspections. Dave treats every property as if he was buying it himself. Since 1992, Dave has had experience working on framing, designing and remodeling custom homes and commercial buildings with several local residential and commercial design and construction companies. Dave holds Degrees in Construction Drafting Technology and Tool and Die Manufacturing. Dave served our country in the Army Military Police Corp for 12 years and has a heart for Veterans. He has traveled extensively through Europe, Asia and Africa.
