David has 40 years of construction experience and is a member of the RI state contractors registration and licensing board. David is certified and/or licensed in Pest control, Radon testing, septic testing, septic inspections, home inspections, private well water testing and all levels of building inspection. David is a Rhode Island registered contractor. David mentors and trains home inspectors, and has authored several articles on Home inspection and Asbestos contaminated Vermiculite.
