Dave Dalfino has been a trainer for over 30 years and has been a Certified Real Estate Inspector, dealing with Residential and Commercial properties for 26 years. Combining his architectural, building and property management backgrounds gives him an ideal position to educate consumers and the real estate community. Dave presents many proprietary courses, and ‘how to’ guides on real estate topics throughout S.E. Michigan to assist professionals with their continuing education needs. With the belief that ‘learning should be fun’ and “knowledge is powerful” Dave’s information is very both positive and helpful.
While property inspections focus on the Structural, Systems & Safety areas, Dave has an extensive background and offers education on many Environmental Topics associated with real estate properties.
