Dave is a Veteran, and the sole inspector / owner. He has completed over 3,500 inspections primarily servicing the west side of Cleveland, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Summit, and Medina counties. Dave is licensed by the State of Ohio for home inspections, radon testing, and pest (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections. He is also a trained and Certified Residential Thermographer.
