We are a forensic engineering company that specializes in building failure analysis. We have been providing building inspections in the St. Louis area for over 39 years. Damon is a very active member in the building inspection community and was the St. Louis A.S.H.I. Chapter President in 2000. Our unique and specialized failure analysis training allows us to provide outstanding insight and accurate technical information on every inspection. Our report format is an english outline narrative system that covers in depth all of the building systems. If a structural concern is found we will analyze the issues and make recommendations on the spot. A separate structural inspection and the associated costs will never be needed.
