Residential and Commercial Building Inspections: Construction Defect Forensics:As an industrial developer, and former contractor, I have been inspecting and renovating properties for over 35 years. When not involved in inspections, I continue to maintain my skills on my own properties, which gives me the hands on experience many inspectors lack. Real world experience, coupled with specialized training and tools has prepared me to provide the information needed to make informed decisions concerning property purchase, repair, or maintenance. Besides ASHI, I am an accepted member of: The Historic Building Inspectors Association, the Exterior Design Institute, The Institute of Roofing, Waterproofing, & Building Envelope Professionals. I am a Certified Master Inspector(r), A Building Science Thermographer, and a CertainTeed Roofing Quality Master.
