My passion for home inspections has helped thousands of clients purchase and care for their homes and I have educated prospective home inspectors at technical colleges and other classroom settings. Homeowners and home buyers alike greatly benefit with my educational methods and report writing. I have a passion for educating home owners, home buyers and students with thorough home inspections and easy to understand inspection reports so they can make the best-informed decision. I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Arizona State University and have extensive property and facilities management experience. My experience is in the top tier being and educator, certified home inspector and home owner. I have owned 13 homes, completely renovated existing homes, and rebuilt tear down homes. I was raised in the Lehigh Valley and have been fortunate enough to own homes in some of the most prohibitively priced places in our country (Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale, and Philadelphia METRO) and now here in the growing Lehigh Valley. It is from those experiences I have positively changed home inspections one client at a time.
