Hi, My name is Chris Burns and I am an employee of TMK Home Inspections. I have been with this company since January 2024. I have been doing inspections since April of 2000. My company provides services like Radon Testing, Termite Inspections, Well Water Quality Testing, Sewer Scope Inspection, Mold Testing and Stucco Inspections. I have inspected homes as new as new construction predrywall and have done as old as 350 years old. Our reports are detailed and about 25 to 30 pages long with pictures and a summary at the end of the report. If I can access the roof safely and walk it I do so. If not I at least put my ladder at the gutter edge to take pictures. If I can't access the roof I use a camera pole or a Drone if needed. I can generate the inspection report within the same day as the inspection just at the end of the day.
Personally I'm a classic car lover and like going to car shows during the summer months. I like vacationing in the mountains or down the beach as well.
