Bio

The goal of the home inspection is to serve as an introduction to the home you are about to purchase. Each home has its’ own personality and it is my job to bring that to light for you.

Anyone can tell you a system is operating (or not) however my approach is to identify for you how it is performing and then with that information you can make some educated assumptions moving forward as to future performance of that system.

What makes Signature Inspection Services different is that the home inspection is treated as a three part process:
1. The inspection
2. The report
and lastly…… number three which I feel is most important
3. Unlimited follow-up on that information.

It is important that you receive the information but it is imperative that you understand and have qualified the information so moving forward you can make educated decisions for you and your family.
