Born and raised in San Diego "Pacific Beach" where my parents still live in the same home for over 67 years of marriage. I have been married for 35 years and counting and live in Tierrasanta. My wife is a retired Kidney Transplant Coordinator for U.C.S.D. Medical in La Jolla and my two daughters are both in graduate school pursuing their Phd. and M.D. degree's.
I look forward on meeting you and inspecting your new home or commercial property. At the conclusion of this inspection I will walk you and your realtor through the home or building key finding's, answering all questions or concern's and will point out all major gas, water, electrical shut-off locations. Your inspection report will be easy to read and to understand, I will also include several photo's so that request for repairs can be made. I'm open 6 days a week for your inspection.
