Bio
I have been a career firefighter for over 28 years. I have been doing home inspections on my days off from the firehouse for over 20 years. I have done over 5000 inspections. Obviously, one of my concerns is safety. I had my own home repair business so I am knowledgeable in how things work and how to repair them. I offer a no nonsense approach to home inspections. I will tell you what is right and wrong with the home with the intention of informing, not scaring.
