I am a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Real Estate. I have been a home inspector for over 32 years, and have been a member of ASHI for over 25 years (ASHI Certified Inspector). I am experienced in all types of homes. I walk roofs when safe (use drone when not), crawl into crawlspaces and enter attics when possible and safe to do so. National Chimney Sweep Training School graduate. CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep. I have a pest control business license, and applicators license in all categories (wood destroying insect; general insects; rodents).
