Allen is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Missouri and Arkansas. In addition Allen has been a licensed contractor and has been inspecting houses for 30 years. Allen currently offers inspection services for the greater St. Louis metropolitan area for both building and engineering structural analysis.
