Michael currently sits on the board of directors for the Hawaii state chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Michael regularly authors articles on building inspection for real estate and home inspection publications.   Alex Woodbury is a graduate of Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Waimea,  attended Clark University in Worchester Massachusetts, and holds two Bachelors of Arts Degrees from Western Washington University in Anthropology and Psychology with concentrations in field archeology, physical anthropology and biopsychology. He has spent many years working in the building trades both for Woodbury Building and Construction Inc., and other building firms. He currently builds for himself in West Hawaii and is an accomplished fine wood worker.  He provides consultation on cutting edge building science techniques and product specification for new construction and incremental inspection for a variety of clientele. Alex Woodbury is a nationally certified thermographer and specializes in building envelope thermography.
