During his 30 year career as a full time home inspector Alex Lockstead, owner of Eaton Inspections Inc., has performed in excess of 10,000 home
inspections. He is licensed for home inspection in OH, KY and IN and is a state licensed Pest
Control Operator in Kentucky and Ohio. He is a Certified ASHI Inspector and is also a Past President of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association (KREIA). In the past he has also held several other
certifications and licenses including:
