Hello! I am Al Silva, Jr., Mr. Home Inspector of San Diego County. I have been serving home owners, realtors, and property managers for over twenty years. I combine years of home inspection, home maintenance, and quality service with a commitment to adding certainty to your home ownership experience. Among my credentials are certifications from California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and Inspection Certification Associates (ICA)’s 120-hour course, as well as MCA’s 60-hour, 6-day intensive and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Also, I am currently serving as a Board President for the San Diego Chapter of CREIA. My services include all Residential single-family homes, townhomes, condos & mobile homes up to 4 units.
