Question:

I have been approached by the WASHINGTON POST to support a “ServicesSection” of their new on-line directory. The Association would get a “Free”page and members could sign-up for a page and once “Certified” by theassociation contact would be allowed to use the MAC-ASHI Logo in theirrespective ads. My question is more about Logo Usage and related stuff…

Can MAC-ASHI partake in this or would such a thing need to be runthrough corporate and use the ASHI logo rather than the MAC-ASHI logo??? I haveattached the original Email with contact and description information includedat the end of this form.

Response:

 The Code does not address ASHI logo usepolicies. Use of the ASHI logo must conform to policies and procedures setforth in the ASHI Policy and Procedure Manual. Clarification on this policy maybe obtained by contacting ASHI headquarters
