Question 

Does advertising on eRealty.com where inspectors are listed as 'ePartners' violate this section [5] of the Code of Ethics?

Response

Upon review of the ERealty.com site on June 4, 2001 we were not able to locate a page listing home inspectors and we observed nothing to indicate that a violation of the ASHI code of Ethics has occurred, or would be automatically incurred by an inspector marketing at the site. We will be glad to revisit this question when sufficient additional information is provided.
